in the quiet nature
Located on the bank of the river Tagliamento, this farm takes advantage of the proximity of a quiet bend of the river to offer its customers the option of bathing on its shores, taking a bath surrounded by nature as tourists from centuries ago.
The location of Casa Gioia allows then to enjoy several outdoor activities in contact with nature. You can practice canoe or paddle, or make a stroll in the nature, from the lagoon to the beaches of Lignano and Bibione. In addition it is possible to reach by bike the beach of Bibione through the bike path built on the bank of the river Tagliamento near the farm.

In addition art lovers have the opportunity to visit Galleria Toniatti and, for the horse lovers, it is possible to visit the Toniatti family breeding, the largest breeding of trotting horses in Italy.
Thanks to the deep bond that joins our farmhouse with the production of wine, guests will be able to taste the wines of our production and take advantage of our Courtesy Bar where you can sip our whites and reds at Km Zero in company. Visits to the “Cantine Toniatti” are also possible and, if you want to bring home a souvenir of their holiday in Bibione at Casa Gioia, you can buy a bottle choosing from the wide range of wines.
Breakfast
On holiday, breakfast becomes a special meal, an authentic relaxing moment, in which our guests feel pampered.
Every morning in the large veranda you can enjoy sweet breakfast with some popular dishes, typical of English breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, cappuccino, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, biscuits, bread, rusks with jam, croissant, pancakes, eggs prepared in different ways, ham, cold cuts and typical cheeses.
For guests who suffer from food intolerance, we offer gluten-free products, for vegans lactose-free products, then almond, rice and soy milk and vegan yogurt.
Airfield
In the territory of our farm is located the airfield, a landing and take-off runway of microlights (ULM). People who love flying small aircraft can use our runway as starting and destination point in a beautiful area.
Landing and take-off strip 1000 m long and 50 m wide with the following coordinates: 45°40’10” N – 13°02’21” E.
In progress various services of hangar, machine shop and refreshment stall.
The airfield is located circa hundred meters from the farmhouse Casa Gioia and offers the thrill of exploring the territory of Bibione and its surroundings from the sky.
Beach of Bibione and Lignano
Only few kilometres from our Casa Gioia is located the nice beach of Bibione, winner also this year of the European Blue Flag. A wide stretch of golden sand and a beautiful sea safe also for children, welcome you together with an animation team for children and adults. Besides a perfect suntan, the beach of Bibione offers sports courses and mini club for the fun of all guests.
You can reach Bibione beach with bus nr 7, Bevazzana stop a few steps from our farmhouse.
A few kilometers from Casa Gioia there is also Lignano Sabbiadoro, a long golden beach named by Ernest Hemingway “the Florida of Europe”.
Bordered by lagoon, sea and river Tagliamento, the city of Lignano is characterized by the pinewood an its road in the shape of a snail in the Pineta area.
Wine Tasting
On demand we offer to our guests evenings of wine tasting coming from Allevamenti Toniatti cellar.
On the porch or in the garden of Casa Gioconda we will enliven your evenings with the fine productions of our farm, sipping tasty red and white wines under the stars.
Jogging Path
Near our farmhouse, immersed in the quiet and nice nature, guests find the jogging path. During the coolest hours of the morning and evening, you can go jogging in contact with nature or simply enjoy relaxing walks.
Bibione is only 3 km away from Casa Gioia, reachable along the river bank on the bicycle lane.
Bicycle Path
If you love biking, near Casa Gioia there is a cycle path on the bank of the river Tagliamento. You can make beautiful and amusing outings surrounded by colours and sounds of the river and easily reach by bike the beach of Bibione.
Canoeing on the river Tagliamento
The quiet bend of the river Tagliamento, a short walk from our farmhouse, offers you the opportunity to canoe in a pristine environment and safely paddle.
In this section the Tagliamento has no difficulties and it takes you up to its mouth that lambs the beach of Bibione.
Recharge electric vehicles and Tesla Destination Charging
For an even more pleasant stay, suitable to the environment, we have set up a charging point for electric vehicles. This service is powered by our next photovoltaic system and will allow the supply of energy to our customers who want to reach us by car and motorcycle powered by batteries (or plug-in hybrid).
We have joined the Tesla charging program and we offer also a Tesla Destination Charging, the charging station with a maximum power of 22 kW which allows you to quickly recharge Tesla cars directly in the garden.
